Returns and Refund Policy

At Golden Dreams, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not thrilled with your product, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items. Eligible returns must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Please note, custom-made items or products marked as 'final sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.

To start the return or exchange process, please contact our customer service team via email at info.goldendreams.pk@gmail.com or by calling +923249009985, providing your order number and the reason for your return. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error. For defective or incorrect products, please alert us within 48 hours of receipt, and we'll cover the return shipping costs. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it, and if it meets our criteria, we'll process your refund or send out the exchanged item, typically within 7 business days.
